Real Estate Brokers Pavilion |
The Real Estate Brokers Pavilion is a new platform introduced at IPS 2011 and has been developed to bring on board small local and global real estate brokers / agencies that will showcase an extended portfolio of local high return and low investment real estate projects / distress deals.
The Real Estate Pavilion will be sub-divided into country wise pavilions representing small real estate companies. Companies participating in this pavilion can benefit by:
- Opportunity to market and sell their individual local property portfolio to local and international investors
- Selling local projects available at distressed prices
- Developing new Business Opportunities with buyers
- Sourcing more individual and institutional properties
- Establishing their position in the International Real Estate community while not expanding their budget
