Introducing Environmental Technologies for Green Buildings |
There has been a fundamental shift in the way institutional investors and many investors look at green, and it’s not just a transitory phase that will pass. It is actually fundamental to the way that we do business. The markets have changed in terms of what tenants want, in terms of what governments are requiring and in terms of the volatility of energy prices.
